Twycross Zoo Conference Facilities

For bespoke conferences, meetings and events try Twycross Zoo. There are a number of conference and meeting room facilities within the relaxing location of Twycross Zoo, one of the Midlands’ leading attractions in a convenient central location. All delegates using our conferences and meeting rooms are welcome to stroll around the zoo throughout their day. Private tours and encounters can be booked in advance.

Windows on the Wild is a beautiful function room overlooking a tidal wading birds aviary and boasting its own private entrance. Accommodating up to 120 people theatre-style, and up to 86 cabaret-style, it is a flexible space with state-of-the-art audiovisual facilities. From lectures to wedding receptions, Windows on the Wild is the perfect venue for any occasion.

For prestigious meetings in an unusual setting why not try Norton Grange. The former home of Twycross Zoo founders Molly Badham and Nathalie Evans has been lovingly restored and refurbished. Delegates can enjoy the luxurious facilities of: A private entrance and foyer; A peaceful location overlooking the zoo and its gardens; A prestigious boardroom table comfortably accommodating up to 14 delegates; Traditional features including high ceilings, chandeliers and ornate fireplace; Plenty of natural daylight; Electronic white board and multimedia, conference call facilities; A wide selection of fine dining and waitress service provided.

The Gorilla Outpost is a splendid location for up to 120 delegates in the heart of Twycross Zoo. The Gorilla Outpost can be hired for both corporate events and private functions and is suitable for a small exhibition and has excellent meeting room space: 120 delegates theatre style; Located adjacent to the Zoo’s impressive collection of gorillas and the Lemur House
Spacious, large room with natural daylight; We provide the latest audio visual facilities; Buffet lunches, lighter working lunches are available; This venue is only available September – March; Private tours and encounters can be booked in advance.

The Napier Centre is the ideal location for a smaller conference or a larger meeting. Next to our elephant paddock the Napier Centre provides: A flexible space for meetings, seminars, teaching or syndicate rooms; Up to 70 delegates theatre style; Menus to suit all budgets.
